A feminine embodiment coach, mentor, and retreat facilitator.
With a background in psychotherapy and over 1,000 hours of training in sacred sexuality and energy healing, I guide women in moving from disconnection and self-doubt to living fully embodied lives. Through this work, women reclaim their connection to their body, activate their intuition, and unlock their full energetic potential—creating healthier relationships, greater pleasure, and a deeper connection to themselves.
I have been the woman searching endlessly outside of herself. Living in my mind in worries and fears, and numb to my pleasure. All while knowing there was so much more fun, magic, and intimacy for me in this life!
