A Women's Embodiment Coach and Mentor.

I offer online coaching and host women's feminine embodiment retreats globally. I've been traveling the world for over three years. I'm currently hopping between Thailand and Costa Rica.

My life didn't always look like this!

​

I have been the woman who on paper everything seemed great. But, I felt disconnected from my inner power. I was living in my mind, numb to my pleasure, and stuck in old patterns; all while knowing there was so much more fun, depth, and intimacy for me in this life!

​

I listened to the inner call that I couldn't ignore anymore. The one that had me quit my 9-5, start my dream business, travel the world, marry my soulmate, and study under my dream mentors. I integrated my deepest inner wounds, faced my fears, and activated my body wisdom.

 

I discovered an inner power all women have access to - one we don't have to go to the far reaches of the world to find. A power that lives inside of us waiting to be activated and expanded.

That’s why I spent 1000+ hours being certified in sacred sexuality and energy work.

​

I use these tools everyday to live life in a body lead way - to stay connected to my body, intuition, emotions, power, and pleasure. 

 

My body and sexual energy showed me how to become my own energy healer, feel deep states of pleasure, to follow my wildest dreams, and have healthy fulfilling relationships.

My expansion taught me to deeply feel and be intimately connected to life... even the hard parts.

Through embodying 'the work’ for myself, years of childhood trauma, conditioning, shame, and toxic relationship patterns, have processed through my body and integrated. Things which I had only processed mentally in the past.  

​

Now I get to share this work with other women!

 

I believe it is possible for all humans to remember their innate ability to heal themselves and activate their full energetic potential.
