With a background in psychotherapy and over 1,000 hours of training in sacred sexuality and energy healing, I guide women in moving from disconnection and self-doubt to living fully embodied, authentic, and pleasure filled lives.

I do this work because I have been the woman searching endlessly outside of herself. Living in my mind in worries and fears, and numb to my pleasure. All while knowing there was so much more fun, magic, and intimacy for me in this life!

 

On my journey of expansion, I traveled the world and worked and trained with some of the top embodiment, sacred sexuality (Taoist and Tantric), and meditation teachers of our time, for which I am so grateful.

I blend psychotherapy techniques with somatic healing and sacred sexuality, because I truly believe it's what all women on the planet need to live connected to their body, emotions, mind, and infinite potential.

My clients have used these tools to repair their marriages and long term relationships, launch their dream business, move from numbness to orgasm, how to consistently show up for themselves, choose themselves, and live authentically.

 

I use these tools everyday to live life in a body lead way - to stay connected to my body, intuition, emotions, power, and pleasure.
