I’ve been on an intentional healing and self-discovery journey, and I’m so grateful that Jenny’s women’s embodiment retreat came along my path. During the retreat, I learned practices that allowed me to connect with myself in ways I hadn’t explored before. I now feel more connected with my body than ever and have tools that I can easily integrate into my life. I left the retreat feeling empowered, confident, energized, and excited for what's ahead.
